CrossFit Challenge

Are you already an experienced CrossFitter?

If you’ve already achieved proficiency in the standard CrossFit movements then we are happy to have you come into the gym and complete our CrossFit Challenge test. You will be given very little instruction on the lifts and exercises, the expectation is that you are able to walk in and perform any/all of the basic moments involved in CrossFit. If you do not show adequate proficiency in all of the listed movements you will be required to join our CrossFit 101 or 201 programs and/or take a series of 1-1 Training Sessions prior to being able to join our Group Classes.
